What we do
Essex Wellbeing Service supports people in the community with a wide range of Health and Wellbeing needs, such as Weight Management, Stop Smoking, Health Checks, social isolation.
My Weight Matters are face to face weight management sessions that run across Castle Point and Rochford:
Rayleigh Leisure Centre, Rayleigh, Mondays 10-12am
Castle Point CVS, Benfleet Mondays 9-11am
Clements Hall, Hawkwell, Tuesdays 11-1pm
Waterside Farm, Canvey, Saturdays 1-2pm
Runnymede Leisure Centre, Benfleet, Saturdays 1-2pm
